DAMN that is absolutely AWESOME! :salute: I'm right behind you man - just a few more years and my ass will be glued to my hunting gear for four solid months of every year. :yes2:
Wait I might take up spring turkey hunting, so add another two months to the hunting time.

That's a 1950s proposal for a nuclear-powered nuclear bomber. It would have had turbojet engines powered by hot air heated by onboard nuclear reactors instead of jet fuel. The version the model represents would have had a closed-cycle system with 100% clean exhaust - zero emissions and zero radiation, and unlimited range! A second Convair proposal had engines that would have spewed radiation all over the fucking place like Reavers. The whole nuke-powered plane idea died when air-to-air refueling matured. Kind of a shame in a way, since the closed-cycle engines were eco-friendly (as they drove weapons of mass destruction around the world).

So the day we arrived back in St. Louis, I looked out into the backyard and saw a hawk had pounced a squirrel. :Oooo:

Mom was afraid it was their pet squirrel and wanted the hawk out of the yard, so I went out the front and came around the side nice and slow, so the hawk wouldn't panic and leave its meal behind. It just watched me get closer and closer, and then hopped on top the squirrel, and finally took flight once I was within maybe five or six feet at most.

    Nothing graphic here!

Tink is concerned about something. Maybe because people keep telling her she'll "turn seven" in 2020?
