Polanski to face justice?

It's all fun and games until someone is raped in the ass.

Their logic is that the crime is so ancient and that the victim has let it go, so there's no point in pursuing him.

I see their point, but I don't agree with dropping the charges.

Everyone who wants to punish Polanski is motivated by a desire to punish deviant behavior, a crime against society as it were.
