What's the difference ? If you can be jailed for not having ID. Might as well move to the next step and embed the ID.
Within ten years I predict there won't be a need for ID much less microchipping because everyone will be face scanned upon meeting the police. No hiding ID then......
1. Plastic surgery doesn't go far enough on most patients to defeat such a system. If for some reason your face didn't scan they'ed get you at the DMV the next time around. 2. Plastic surgery law: New face = new ID scan You're better off with a mask. Of course wearing a mask out in public might attract lots of attention.
3-D printing will eventually be able to churn out Rick Baker quality disguises that you can slap right on. Like Darkman.
When I ran regularly, I would do it all the time ... rather than deal with wallet and keys, I'd just leave my house unlocked for half an hour and go with empty pockets. I'll still sometimes not bother with a wallet if all I'm doing is going for a walk and I don't plan to drive anywhere or buy anything.
