I've mentioned my crazy right-wing cousin before. Total nutter, as crazy as they come. Makes Michelle Bachmann look sane and rational in comparison. He's the only person I know other than Castle who brags about being a bigshot author because he's self-published a bunch of inane pamphlets and some absurdly crappy fiction, none of which sold in any particular volume. Castle should take a lesson from Diacanu: plugging your self-published stuff is fine and good, but you have to be aware of what it is you write, what your strengths and weaknesses are as a writer, and for god's sake, don't brag about being a great writer unless you can back it up. Just take enjoyment in the writing and let people come to their own conclusions about your work.

Have you been keeping up with the way the traditional publishing industry is screwing authors? No? Read up. You'd see that indie publishing is not only legitimate, it's the way to go, going forward. And that's what I do. But you, you pusillanimous little shit, want to pretend that you know fuck-all about my work when you clearly fucking don't, which is why I dismiss your bullshit harping, because your bullshit harping is based on fucking nothing. You talk shit about my writing skills, when you haven't even fucking evaluated my writing skills.
