Eh, part of the funny in The Good Place was trying to figure out if they really were in the good place or if they were in the bad place but why would Chidi be in the bad place? Once we got his backstory we knew, but … the rest.

Who will be in “the good place” with Anakin? It could be argued everyone on the council was bad, but also… Barris Offee, Ventriss, even Mace Windu could be argued for either place.

Ok, you’ve convinced me. I’d watch it.

Odd thing about the Ewoks, though ... until you get into the EU, there's no evidence that the Empire did anything to the Ewoks, or even gave them a second thought. Nor do the Ewoks have any way of knowing that the story Threepio was telling them was true.

From the Ewok POV, the Battle of Endor could easily have been one of those standard sci-fi scenarios, like with the Meep from Doctor Who or the "glimpse you in the soon after" guys from Voyager, and Threepio could have been manipulating them into doing something terrible.

Ewoks deserve everything that's coming to them:
