Right. Think of all the people who've said that while they didn't like Bernie Sanders, they'd vote for him because at least they'd know what they were getting when compared to anyone else (regardless of party). The bulk of Republican candidates can't even manage to have as much spine as those who dislike Bernie but say that they'd vote for him over anyone else running for POTUS. (At least in years past, Bernie's already said he's not running now.)
Wait, what? Let me tell you how much of a mindfuck this is. My dad was a private pilot, I grew up on a street where one of the guys who lived on that street had a runway in his backyard that he landed his plane in. I can’t tell you how long a runway needs to be, regardless of what kind of fucking plane you’re talking about. Yes, I know that jets and prop planes can require different lengths for various reasons but that’s about it. And that assgasket knows how many feet his jet needs to land? Dafuq?
I read an account of the main points. All of them far right turpitude, and mostly still in the pocket of Trump. This whole organisation needs to go in the bin.
I couldn't tell you now, but when I was doing flying lessons I could have absolutely told you the length of runway needed for takeoffs and landings. Given how much he has used his own jet for rallies and the like it seems it would have come up a lot, and I can see him demanding to fly to particular airstrips and needing it explained why they can't do that. Trumps the type of guy who gets a detail or two stuck in his head and tells everyone, to try and show how smart he is.
I caught the highlights of the debate. The audience were a bunch of yahoos and the debaters were nothing more than Trump boot-lickers. Very sad state of affairs in American politics.
Though this is funny - Britt Hume and Brett Baier evidently said that the Dems are only running Biden because they think he will beat Trump as he did before. Trump lost his mind on Truth Social that Fox is countering the big lie. LOL.
He reminds me of someone I know out here. Very smart, hard working, ambitious and even personable but just didn’t have *it*. Best explanation I heard was from a mutual friend: “A true politician walks into a room with one goal; to leave the room with everyone thinking he agrees with them. [He] walks into a room with the goal of having everyone in the room think he is the smartest guy in the room.
So did anyone actually watch the debate or is this just another thread slamming republicans because we don’t have enough of those.
I punched out after about 90 minutes because that was all I could take. Ramasmarmy (not a typo) is a douche.
I saw him on Bill Maher’s podcast and I agree that he comes as a used car salesman. I was interested in seeing how Ron DeSantis handles being questioned, but I was busy so I missed it.
