Stanford Medical Center vaccinated it's senior doctors, most of whom were working from home before getting around to the ground pounders who were doing the actual frontline work.
Not what I asked you, Duck Dodgers. I asked you whether you thought he was intelligent. If not, why not? Impress us with your big brain.
so one politician (and barely meeting the definition of one) so affected him that he did a political 180? Goodness his convictions must have been built on shifting sands rather than solid rock.
Well if I'm not intelligent (as to which the wordforge court of public opinion will unanimously attest) then how could I have the qualifications to assess his intelligence? That's something that only a fellow big-brainer like yourself could ascertain.
Again, not what I asked you. I asked you if you thought he was intelligent and, if not, why not. Try.
The problem is not one of "being on the receiving end of a faulty election". The problem is claiming the election was faulty when overwhelming evidence has proved time and time again that it wasn't. That is what half of Republican voters are doing right now. And if you can't see how that's different from actually being a victim of fraud, then that shows why you are a Republican voter.
It doesn't show why I am a Republican voter if you just said that Republican voters are split over fraud allegations. Obviously some are what you seem to consider "intelligent" and some (like myself ) are not intelligent. Bottom line IMHO yes there was cheating but at this point the supreme court/all investigative agencies will not risk the left burning down the country if the election is overturned * so they are shutting down any claims rather than investigating them. All the summer riots proved how bad actors would exploit civil unrest and how we as a nation would tolerate or even encourage them in many cases. I feel that they are sitting on any and all evidence for fear of throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Aside from that, Trump was a Washington outsider and shouldn't have won in 2016 - he sure wasn't going to win twice. Yes I very well could be wrong (I did say IMHO) and maybe even a lot of fellow Republicans wanted Trump gone, but it didn't affect down-ballot voting. That's why we have secret ballot voting and we'll never know who voted for any candidate on the ticket. On a positive note Republicans made many gains including putting record breaking numbers of females and minorities in House and Senate seats. I thought Democrats had a lock on "diversity" - who knew? Trump losing aside, this election showed that there are still plenty of Republicans actively voting because the "blue wave" was reduced to a trickle and this is very encouraging. I remain cautiously optimistic that both Republicans win the GA runoff and keeping solid Senate control. * there is no Constitutional precedent or contingency for overturning a presidential election. Thus if a year from now rock solid evidence implicates the Dominion voting machine makers & operators (or any other bad actors foreign or domestic) no Constitutional precedent will be their excuse, versus caving in to the fear of massive civil unrest. IMHO if right now today rock solid evidence proved the election was rigged to oust Trump then the criminals should be charged accordingly and any needed changes to our election procedures & security implemented - and leave it at that. I say this because overall the 4 November election was very much a Republican success so I'm more than willing to leave it in my rear view mirror and not lose focus on the long game.
Thank you. I see why you are a Republican voter. No further questions, since meaningful dialog would require both of us living in the same reality, which is obviously not the case.
It's interesting how easily he accepts that among the justices Trump appointed there is such blatant, wide-spread corruption, without that being an indication that maybe Trump wasn't doing such a good idea after all. His premise is that instead of actually ruling on the basis of evidence, one judge after another, including huge numbers of Republican and even Trump-appointed judges, rule on the basis of political considerations. If that was true (which of course it isn't; it's obvious nonsense), that would have staggering implications for how corrupt Trump and the Republican establishment is. But the cognitive dissonance doesn't even seem to be apparent to him.
I get the argument that a broad economic stimulus will help everyone, but I'd rather see major help going to the people who have lost most or all of their income than a check that (a) will go to a lot of people who don't need it, and (b) will not be anywhere near enough to cover the losses experienced by the people who have been hit hardest.
It's a last-minute "Oh, please, please, please overturn the Fake Election! Look at how nice I'm being to you!" ploy.
I honestly don't give a fuck about his motives at this point. People are suffering. What is Nancy Pelosi doing right now doing other than blocking progressives from joining committees? Why isn't bipartisanship-obsessed Biden publicly supporting increased assistance to the people suffering most?
