Ive yet to find a relationship where I got more out of it then I do with just casual sex. Think about it, when you date someone you have to always have your game face on. Heaven forbid you dont text/call/visit/give compliments/give gifts/remember important dates/do what they want to do/go to their favorite resturant/ watch their movies/ blah/ blah/ blah.....And casual sex, is just that casual sex. No strings, just straight screwing. I dont see any problems, go throughout your day, no checking in with someone, and if you get bored at night call them up. Simple as that.
