I agree, but unfortunately there's no way to force that to happen. If the site was boycotted, and traffic slowed to a trickle, I think you'd see something change. Or maybe not. Maybe they'd get mad and dissolve the site, the way Lanzman apparently wanted to do before he made the terrible mistake of selling it to Ancalagon, which is what set the stage for the current JAG-ER cabal.

Otherwise, you try to negotiate to buy the domain name from the guy who currently owns it (and that info is easily available via WhoIS?). Or someone steps up, buys a Xenforo license and sets up their own board.

They'd stick up for her and her friends and come down hard on basically anyone else, but especially those of us who were part of the wrong 'ship. It's already happening. Just in general. Hell, take a look at sites like Triaxian Silk, We Want Brunette Jolene, and House of Tucker. They're practically dead. They have free reign to post anything they want without any of the shit from TBBS, and they're still basically ghost towns. Why? Do you think it's because they each had their own gturner? Doubtful. As far as Wordforge, this is happening in part because of the Admins developing the same kind of elitist attitude that the staff over at TBBS. How many left over rep being changed? And a bunch of you just blew them all off - called them childish. It was part of what made this place what it was - part of its culture. Wordforge has been shrinking since before gturner came along, and honestly I can't think of anyone that's left specifically because of him.
