Just for fun- be honest and self-evaluate yourself.

Here's what I figure mine are:

STR: 10 Pretty much average, but I'm under strength for my size and weight. Too sedentary a lifestyle and not enough lifting weights.

DEX: 13 Pretty good reflexes, made better by years of piloting and martial arts. Good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to take jumping breakfalls. But not Bruce Lee or an acrobat by any means.

INT: 14 Above average but not a genius. I read a lot.

WIS: 16 This, I think, is my strongest attribute. Y'all can be the judge based on my years of posting around here.

CON: 14 I very rarely get sick, but had allergies as a kid. Occasional hay fever. I see doctors for purposes other than flight physicals maybe once every three years on average.

CHA: 10 Average looks, introverted personality, polite but not overly warm towards people I don't know.

Basically, I'd make a good mid-level NPC. Not really hero material.

STR: 8 120 pound weakling (+2 for actualy knowing what to do with it)

DEX: 19 I did bmx, gymnastics, high board diving, karate, skateboarding.. i now do a lot of badminton and can still do a cartwheel into a backflip (at least i could last time i tried, im not sure think my multiply injured wrists could take another fall)

INT: 16 i seem to understand most things put in front of me after a while. From computer networks to engines to cameras. I seem to spend a lot of time telling people how stuff works

WIS: 2 i dont have a fucking clue about anything, im completely lost in a socialy and generally autistic mess of not having the slightest idea what is going on and how 'things' and 'things that happen' relate to people, or things...

CON: 8 im easy to knock over, but i tend to be able to go on, and on and on

CHA: 6 likeable but pointless, the kind of person who is in no way bad to have around, but ulitmately not somebody there is any point being associated with, except by proxy

STR: 10, I got enough to clock someone but not enough to lift heavy shit.

DEX: 12, Excellent Hand-Eye coordination (I blame the videogames).

INT: 16, Smarter than your average bear, and I'm the first person people go to when they have a question they can't answer. But other than that I'm no Einstein.

WIS: 11, Wiser than most for my age, but definitely not sagelike.

CON: 14, I may get weird illnesses, but I'm like the energizer bunny, I just keep going and going and going.

CHA: 12, People (here excluded) tend to like me and get along with me, and I'm a natural leader at work.

Yeah, I went all mental stats. Sue me.

    I'm a Level 3/4/1 Charismatic/Dedicated Hero/Negotiator, and I upped my Constitution score last level.

Of course, 10 is supposed to be the average human score. Most of the people in most fantasy settings are going to be peasant/serf farmers...

    STR: 7

    DEX: 10

    INT: 15 +/- 4*

    WIS: 13 +/- 6*

    CON: 12

    CHA: 11

I'm clumsy and on occasion little girls beat me up. :weep: However, high intelligence and wisdom rolls have aided me until I was cursed at lv12. Now, depending on outside circumstances, I gain or lose INT and WIS sporadicly. This lends towards a rather chancy spellcaster's style. Physically average, with Insanity buffs to CHA availible (not calculated).

+1 ATK/+3 DEX Twisted Claw favored weapon, coupled with a Wings of Tirade enchant.

    Talents:
    Bardic Knowledge
Oblivious (Immune to Attraction and Intimidate effects)
Fear of Arachnids (Attempt to escape each turn before attacking an Arachnid enemy, requires d20(Lv+2) to stay in battle) [+1 Talent Level]
Creator's Spark (May occassionally skip 1 turn to generate items [see Creator's Spark roll table])
Insanity [+3 Talent Level] (See "Insanity")

^I'd think "Arachnophobia" either falls under character traits or sanity rules, depending on how severe.

There's a shop about a mile from here that has it, but meh.

I just got the new SAGA edition of Star Wars, and Monte Cook's Arcana Unearthed. Both are pretty good, IMO.

It's not. You'd be a mid-level character, at which point you'd be adding a point every fourth level.

STR: 14 I'm a decently big guy at 6'3 214lbs. I haven't worked on the free weights in a while though. I can do 1 cock push up. One is all you need.

INT: 15 I've never had to work all that hard in school to do well.

DEX: 12 In the past I was a pretty good football player, but several knee injuries have taken a step from me. Still pretty quick but can't stress the right knee too much.

WIS: 5 I've made a lot of bad choices in life. My only saving grace is that I'm adaptable so it hasn't hurt me too badly.

CON: 15 Very rarely ill. Didn't go to sick call even once in 4 years of the Army.

CHA: 10 I get along with most people, but I can be somewhat introverted when out of my comfort zone.

Cracks me up when I see people assigning themselves an 18 INT score. I said be honest- guys like Hawking, Brian Green, Isaac Newton, and Einstein are 18's. Forest Gump is about a 6. There's yer yardstick!

STR 8 - "What do I need a backpack for? That's why we brought the pony, isn't it?"

DEX 5 - "Trust me, it's better if you walk the tightrope and lower the drawbridge from the inside."

INT 17 - "Erhm, your creditcard number was 9334 4657 9812 2346, wasn't it? Yeah I thought so. No, no.... no special reason :soholy:" (typical underachiever, though)

WIS - 17 - "... and then you go to her and say 'You are right dear, I am wrong'."

CON - 6 - What do you mean, 'run!' ? The dragon's big, I'm small, I'll hide, thank you very much."

    CHA - 9 (+2 on girls, -2 on guys). "No u".

I'd be a mage - I can talk and think my way out of anything, but if the danger's physical, I'm dead meat.

-edit- Speck does have a point, though. If 10 is the average in D&D it equals the 100 in IQ. But I don't think anyone here is really being objective :) As for Einstein & co. they'd be well above 18 (AD&D 2nd edition rules, here, and from a long time ago)

    STR: 10. Definitely average here.

DEX: 8. Anyone unfortunate enough to ever have seen me try to dance knows I'm being overly generous with this mark.

INT: 10 + the number of hours sleep I got in the last 24 hours.

WIS: 16/8. I'm much wiser helping other people deal with their problems than in dealing with my own.

    CON: 14 - (30 X B.A.C.). Normally pretty healthy, but when I drink too much . . .

CHA: 8/10/13. I'll never draw a crowd, but people who know me listen. 8 for strangers, 10 for acquaintances, 13 for people who know me well.

    Int=18 => IQ=180?

    Balls sez I!
    P(18with3d6) = (1/6)^3 = 1/216
    P(IQ=180) < 1/3x10^6. (typically)

If you go by die rolling odds, a Mensa member (top 2%) would be about 17+. 18 puts you in about the top 0.5%. IQ 180 supposedly makes you about 1 in 3 million. I have no idea what number that would be in D&D values.

Yeah as Marso is cracked up by high scores in INT, I am laughing at anyone who scored themselves below a 10 on CHA. I vaguely remember the descriptions of point values from the PH and things that could have simmilar scores, specifically a field mouse having an intelligence of 5. A blob of mucus having a charisma of 4. Average human is 10 in all stats and there probably isn't a single person here who could factually have any one stat above a 13 in most cases and 14 in others.

At a STR of 15 your max load would be 200 lbs, and this would be a weight you could carry for extended periods of time, though encumbered. At that score you would be able to lift 400 lbs of the ground and push or drag up to 1000 lbs (on the flat ground without any wheels). At 10 the max load is reduced to 100 lbs, and is far more reasonable for an average person.

At a STR of 14 Ash sounds pretty spot on, I could buy him carrying around 175 lbs.

CON scores are granted to the individual, if you think you could take a larger number of hits before biting dirt that is your fancy. Can't really argue with a constitution score.
