You know, Tamar, Muad, Scorp & Co. All those who were uber posters and suddenly vanished when Anc took over....but who, curiously, find time to drop into the FB page or, in the case of Tamar, the Shelter (with one obvious exception).

They've obviously gone somewhere. Hell, I even had Tamar try and manipulate and abuse my trust by producing a link to a failed start up board over PM, which leads me to think that not only was Anc right about an attempt to start a rival board, but that they probably ended up crawling into another community somewhere. Now that Anc has been proven to be far from the grand leader he thought he could be and has pretty much gone into hiding, will they crawl back, or will the sustained deceit continue?

Frankly, I think they should all be banned if they are actively trying to undermine this board.

This is easy. $corp can't handle the lack of neg rep; Tamar can't handle the lost illusion of relevance; Muad's dead. In the case of the first two, they lost their key trolling tools and never wanted to be here for any other reasons. As for Muad, I think he couldn't handle the apostate Southerner ownership.

My money is on the setting up a right wingers only board which probably doesn't get much traffic.

Scorp straight up told me he was out because of rep, when I told him Anc was no longer on staff. Muad was dealing with some issues outside the board and Anc's ownership was the straw that broke the camel's back. I won't speak for Tamar, since I know she'll be back to speak for herself. And good riddance to pissy ass Clyde who was well on his way to being a pissy queen version of Listkeeper. Easily the best thing Anc and co. did was to sack that little shitbird.

It really wasn't, in retrospect. I remeber him having a passive aggressive fight with Nick over some thread in the MC. Most of us probably jumped on Nick because it was Nick but it was probably shit Clyde shouldn't have poked his nose in.

My opinion for what it's worth (not much...):
They couldn't handle being top dogs anymore when this board went a bit to the left. For nearly a decade lefties were pretty much open season. They couldn't deal with not able to pile on anymore.

Sometimes this place can really piss me off. I get Clyde feeling that way.
