So, will the theme parks have Jar Jar? I'm serious. I would like to know how honest they can be with each other.

They won't have Jar Jar out of safety concerns.

I think they will, but they will make masochists pay for the privilege.

I saw that. There's only one new "scene", and it's kind of a doozie, I think.

It was a cool snippet, although the poster already gave it away.

How do you know it isn't? Finn could be related to Luke or Leia.

Maybe Leia hooked up with Lando at some point?

In the trailer, Luke's voice over dialogue suggests that someone related to the Skywalker family will experience a Force awakening...

Luke's dialogue is from ROTJ. It's just out of order. I think Rey is the real relative and Finn just uses the light saber temporarily.

I've also thought it would be an interesting twist if Kylo Ren was actually one of the Skywalkers. He seems to have a fascination with Darth Vader.

Maybe he is the equivalent of Jacen Solo/Darth Caedus from the novels.

Yep. I expect Rey is the daughter of Han/Leia and is (perhaps unknowingly) Force adept.

Finn may be Force adept, too, since the plot is reputedly about an expansion of the number of Force adept persons.

Not impossible that Rey and Kylo are twins.

I feel like we are going to get a repeat of Episode 4, if that's the case then JJ really is a hack.

That'd be the ultimate middle finger to the prequels.
That the SW galaxy undergoes some sort of change where the force isn't just for midi-chlorian freaks anymore.

Didn't the California Adventure close down? There's gotta be at least 14 acres of land there.

A Disney park go under? Not bloody likely. Even France's once-maligned Euro Disney is now very, very successful.

I've never been to Disneyland and don't know how congested it is, but 14 acres really isn't that much land.

Been to Disneyworld, and...it's hard to explain, it's glutted with humans, but the place was designed by rats maze geniuses, they know how to keep it all flowing.

Also genius, is how every ride spits you out at a corresponding gift shop.

Anybody notice that the music in that clip is a slowed down version of the Imperial March?

We always get temp music in trailers.
We didn't get any "duel of the fates", in the early Phantom Menace trailers.

I remember Seven Years in Tibet used the theme from Dragonheart in its trailer. I now associate the music from one bad movie with another bad movie.

    (Listen at around 1:35)

(Go to about 1:38 to and get ready for deja vu)

I liked the political intrigue, but the way it was presented was piss poor at best.
