    The ending.......certainly did not see that coming

    Anyone notice how the droid and the MAndalorian had different orders regarding the bounty? Mandalorian's was alive or proof of death at half price. The droid's bounty was just death. So there's two factions after that adorable little bounty

    Might want to edit the thread title to indicate possible spoilers. It's always tricky with streamed shows because people watch it at different times, rather than upon release.

    Just finished. Solid intro. Pedro Pascal is a good actor and the humor was good, not dick and fart jokes like DSC. I wonder who that guy was, formal Imperial leadership of some kind? The baby, maybe has force powers? I wonder how much people know at this point. Do they know about Luke Skywalker, do they know Mandalorians were the clone template, do they know the Emperor was a sith lord? so many questions.

    Wait, what, this was actually great?! What happened? It didn't even come with that trademark perfume of Hollywood Intersectional Feminism (i.e. "hate all men 'n' Whitey"!)

    My one "critique" would be it felt a bit like the opening chapter of a Star Wars game ("your hero must now collect his armor and level up X times") but hell that isn't even criticism when Knights of the Old Republic is the best Star War story ever.

    I wish they’d stop retconning ANH. Vader couldn’t have hunted all of the Jedi if there’s still a few more hanging out somewhere, it really diminishes Luke’s role in the grand scheme of things. Not that the sequel trilogy didn’t already do that. Ezra and Asoka being the exceptions.
