Try to think about making a point when you write and supporting your point with details. (e.g. "Trump is racist" is a conclusion. What leads you to believe Trump is racist is the important part. Those are premises.) Also, try to form a unique opinion. I'd rather just listen to MSM TV anchors first-hand than read you inarticulately regurgitating BuzzFeed or Vox. Constructing well-reasoned, unique arguments can seem daunting, but practice will get you to Carnegie Hall.

My son is amazed in some of his classes that if some of the students won't be ready to meet a deadline the teacher just delays things - yeah, way to reward the students who took the assignment seriously and burned the midnight oil to get it done. That said some of his teachers give you a fat ZERO for anything late and except no excuses except death in the family. Welcome to the real world snowflakes!
