Here, read this

hen many people see a pretty white woman with a good-looking Asian man the question that pops into their heads is "Why's she with him?" more often than "Why's he with her?"

It's only natural. We've been told so often about the desirability of white women that we simply presume that an Asian man too would find a pretty white women desirable. But we are left to guess at her possible motives for being with him. Not that there aren't hundreds of thousands of handsome, charming and successful Asian men who, by all rights, should be attractive to women of any race. But we are all too aware that American society has built up many negative preconceptions about Asian men that would take extraordinary consideration, some special X factor, to overcome.

The many examples of famous AM/WF couples (Mr/Mrs Yo-Yo Ma, Ming Tsai, Scott Oki, Charles Wang etc), don't really help, merely reinforcing the common presumption that the AM must be wealthy and able to provide an exceptional degree of financial security, material comfort or social status. Another common suspicion is that he must be unusually charming, cultured or sexually gifted. Then there's the old standby -- that the woman must have some odd fixation on Asian men or Asian culture.

Of course intellectually we know better. Just as there are many independent-minded Asian men who see through blonde bimbo stereotypes to the real qualities of white women, there are white women who ignore stereotypes about Asian men. Which leads to the question: What's the real draw? Is it the black hair? educational level? smooth skin? cultural values? upslanting eyes? personality and character traits? Here's a chance for white women who love Asian men to set the record straight.

They are perceived as quiet, timid, non-aggressive, withdrawn, etc. That gets you nowhere fast in the dating game.
Sorry, but you have to have personality - you know women. You need to act all "Alpha Male". You have to sell yourself to them....Asian men generally don't do that.

Really? And all this time, I thought it was because of our small peckers!

I thought oldfella was full of bullshit when I heard him say white women don't date Asian men. In my own life, I know 7-10 Asian man/White woman couples and can only name 2 white male/asian female ones.

But scanning the pages of various forums and YouTube videos, I guess this is actually a very real problem among the Asian male population. I have guy friends who are Filipino and Vietnamese, and going out with them on a Friday night, you couldn't tell me they don't have game.

Come to think of it, it seems the darker southeast Asian guys have more luck finding girlfriends in general. Maybe because they are more 'primitive' and will hit on girls, wherelse the more 'civilized lighter Asians will be more polite, and as a result, seem more timid. Or maybe most women just prefer the dark meat.

Maybe it's just my corner of the fishbowl......but I see a lot of black male/white female + white male/Asian female couples.....and that rarely varies.

However - white male/hispanic female are about even with hispanic male/white female couples!

Not disputing anyone's data.....and there are always exceptions to any rule....
but black men have the definite advantage in the dating pool most often.

black males can get black females, white females, and Asians.
I'm leaving hispanics out because that really complicates things.

white males have white females and Asians...rarely black females.

Asian males have Asian females, a few white females and a snowball's chance in Hell of having a black female.

Seriously......I know quite a few Blasians.......it's always black male + Asian female. I've never seen the reverse, but maybe it's my military background.

That's just the pecking order. It's like gravity or magnetism - it exists, so deal with it.

A man aged 29 has fathered 21 children with 11 different women, it emerged yesterday.

Desmond Hatchet’s brood came to light after authorities in Tennessee in the U.S. took him to court for non-payment of child support.
He has apparently set a U.S. record but said: 'It just happened.'

He's the daddy: Desmond Hatchett speaks to reporters about his prolific brood
He added that he would not have any more children. 'I'm done. I'll say I'm done,' he said.

Hatchett, who earns a minimal wage, told TV reporters he knows the names and ages of all his offspring.

Their ages range from newborn to 11 years old.

Authorities in Knoxville said they plan to take half of his monthly salary to pay for the youngsters but officials said that would work out to just over £1 a week for each.
His lawyer Keith Pope said: 'The children can't all be supported by Desmond, so the state of Tennessee has had to step in.'

Many Knoxville residents called for him to be castrated.

He even boasted of fathering four children by different women in the same year.
Hatchett's name appeared on court documents 11 times representing 15 of his 21 children.

U.S. authorities are now braced for more women coming forward to claim Hatchett is the father of their children after he appeared on local TV.

He said the women he was involved with all knew he had other children.

One mother, who has two children with Hatchett, said she should get £44 a month but rarely receives any child support.

'It's frustrating, but usually, when I ask he gives it to me,' she said.

Authorities in Knoxville ordered Hatchett to court to explain how he intends to pay child support.

He arrived for the hearing with just over £300.
