Thus in my MOS it's not uncommon (matter-of-fact it's the norm) to retire as an E-6. Again, there aren't as many upper leadership positions/opportunities in my MOS. Did you forget from the last couple of times I explained this? As for up-or-out at the time the Retention Control Point was 24 years as an E-6. Twenty three is less than twenty four you dipshit.
