Even at the height of Iraq and Afghanistan there were more 37s operating out of embassies in the rest of the world than on the ground.

It’s why we got a special clothing allowance every year for buying suits and why we had red passports (government official) because the majority of the time 37s work out of embassies.

Considering the kind of hybrid war this is I would be shocked if there weren’t 37s at the embassy helping the Ukrainians.
