South Korea has a huge supply of 105mm shells from the buildup between it's own defense industry and the US support.

It now no longer has very many 105mm artillery delivery systems.

It is considering transferring as many as 3.4 million 105mm shells to Ukraine who desperately needs them. That would have an enormous impact on the war.

Zelensky's comments about peace through strength and a just peace surely show that the writing is on the wall. The deal that I've been saying they should have considered taking back in 2022 looks attractive now, does it not?

Someone said in another thread that the Europeans need to step up - but I think that underestimates the extent to which Europe is vassalised. An independent foreign policy is not on the cards.

You could make similar statements about Gaza. I fail to see the difference.

If you're referring to a ceasefire deal being struck on Gaza, then absolutely, it should be - and should have been long ago.

This isn't me - this is Trump.
However - Ireland already gave up 20% of its landmass to the local superpower to achieve independence.

I do hope someone has warned zelensky to avoid Trumpia. Vlad is very demanding and mistress Trumpania will surely snap him up for her daddy.

Anything for her big old burly russian bear. Her big old moobies are hard just thinking about him.

It's a little late in the day, but maybe it'll do some good.

For anyone worrying about nuclear escalation, given the majority of the Russian elite have exported their families to the west en masse, it's unlikely, and we'll get an early warning system as every flight to Turkey gets block booked, and someone makes a mint after inventing the toilet that can be classed as carry-on luggage.

They'll ramp up sabotage and start handing out toys to the likes of the Houthis, which means damage to the west, without the attendant risk of Moscow being blowtorched off the face of the Earth.

On the plus side, I think Fat Boy Kim is going to be getting body bags full of charcoal for him to BBQ his giant rabbits upon, cooked by the fume of the unknown soldier.

Rumours are it's just for the Kursk region, which about fits Biden's doddering safety-first approach, but hopefully the rumours are wrong.
