    What is it? All I can see is a black rectangle marked "This video has been blocked for your country by the used who uploaded it" (in French). I even tried switching to a US connection with my VPN, and I get the same thing.

    I definitely think this idea is not as crazy as I thought when I first read it.

    Romney's a technocrat, and a good one. Unlike most Republicans, he has no ideological reasons to sabotage the ACA. And putting him in charge might help blunt Republican attacks against any missteps in the implementation of Biden's plan.
