    "As the article by Mark-Oliver Bherer explains below, Gritty has become the darling of the antifascist mouvement, and is seen everywhere on social media and in anti-Trump demonstrations. And in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, where where the result of the vote-counting could turn out to be decisif in the race for the White House, some people aren't afraid to dress up as Gritty to show their support for Joe Biden."

    It then has, at the end, the sub-title: "Gritty, the icon of the extreme left." In a country that considers the ordinary communist party to be part of the "normal" left, I'm rather surprised by that. It could indicate that the answer was written by someone who is pretty far right, and buys into the rhetoric of the MAGA crowd that all the Biden supporters are radical Marxists.

    Then at the end of what you posted, where it says in English, "This photo posted a little earlier in 'le live' (live blog) may have triggered that particular reader query" and we see what I assume is a photo of Gritty, the caption says: "Musicians, one of whom is wearing a Gritty mask, the mascot of the Philadelphia Flyers hockey team, in front of the vote-counting center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on November 6."

    Sadly, here in the states, even left-leaning liberals consider communism to be "extreme left". Even among my group of friends - all of whom are strongly liberal - are some who consider communism "extreme".

    Along with the movement’s other leader, Comrade Jeb.
