What a load of horseshit. The democrats have nominal control with the biggest gain being control of the agenda. There a number of senators (particularly Joe Manchin) who fall right of center on the spectrum. They will have effective veto power over just about anything that Biden wants. After 4 years of servile bootlicking by the republicans in Congress I can see how you would take that as normal, but it's not what will happen with Biden.
