Well, if Pie is right, then I can see a few flaws in the law.

If scotland has done such a thing, then yes they need to be stopped, and I guess I have to alter my opinion a little bit as why the fuck not go after JK first as she does have a large amount of money, a decent ability to be visible, and the law needs to be challenged.

In this case the law needs to be challenged and overturned and JK will live. It would be worse to use the law on some poor person more along the lines of a scottish @Steal Your Face or @Uncle Albert who would have problems getting attention for their troubles with it.
