Your definition of an insult doesn't jibe with mine and I've had very honest conversations with them. I've told them that I support certain advances they've made and I truly do. My friends know that we're not going to agree on all these things, the same way that they're not going to agree with every choice that I make. Just because people don't always agree doesn't mean they can't be friends.

There's disagreement and there's actively supporting things to push them back in the closet and make them second class citizens. There's no reason why gay and lesbian couples cannot have kids. Kids, BTW, that given the nature of their parents' lack of a complete set to reproduce, will be planned for and will never have to ask whether their existence may have ruined their parents' lives. Kids that won't have to grow up hearing fights about whose job it is to clean the house or make more money because SPOILER ALERT you're both men/women. And in the event of the divorces that will inevitably happen, the kids can live with the parent that is better suited for being the full time caregiver and not default to the one that happens to have lady bits. I have to agree with Anna, the removal of certain people from this world would make it better. Donald trump was elected president, but the US did not go back to the 1950s. Black people are still doing their thing. Gays and lesbians are still getting married. Girls are being girls even if they were born physically male, and vice versa. You cannot just grab women because you are horny. People are speaking Spanish and other languages in public places. There are other religions aside from Christianity and some of them are not actually worshiping the devil. Muslims are no longer the noble people who inhabit and protect the lands with our oil on them. The US is not the default best at everything. Other countries and culture have robust history and heritage. We have the internet to show us these things in high definition detail. Poor bubble dwelling cucs.
