I think you'll understand what I'm talking about if you've paid attention to things Ancalagon & John have said over the past couple of years. After you left, I was supposed to target gturner, Rusty, Ron Paul, and Dayton as well. Simply banning you Castle-style would have caused too much of a stink. Dul didn't want to risk 3/4 of what's left of the membership quitting in protest. No, Dul's thinking was that you had to leave voluntarily, stomp off in a huff. Then they'd quietly lock your account, delete it and never let you back in. So why did I initially agree to do this? Because Dul promised that certain things would happen, things that some here wouldn't be enthused about. Dul didn't seem to care much about how his fellow EliteForge would like it, cause he doesn't seem to have a very high opinion of some of them. But the main reason Dul wanted this arrangement was that he has been experiencing some financial difficulty, for a variety of reasons. I had made it known through back channels that I was willing to pay certain sums in order to assume a larger role in WF "leadership." So, we had ourselves a little deal. But Dinner didn't run away like he was supposed to. And then Dul started to get wonky, obviously trying to back out of the deal. Perhaps he found another way to solve his cash flow problem. So, I went "off the reservation" so to speak. Everything that he's doing now is about petty revenge and CYA.
A quick scan of Rusty's activity shows 35+ likes for Flashlight posts just today.
