Give me a break. If a white person fucks up I (being white) am the first person to assume they are probably guilty. And guess what? If the cops/neighborhood watch happen to be black I don't give a shit. I don't assume anyone is out to get my kid because he's white. I assume the cops want to arrest someone at all times - that's their job. Run from them? You take your chances. You think a white cop won't chase my kid because he's white? So far they haven't cut him any slack.

If a black guy (or white) seems to be following my kids they will haul ass unless that person screams out "stop! Police!" in which case they would still call the cops because anyone can claim to be police.

If someone (black or white) approached them and said "who are you? What are you doing?" they would tell them, but still call the cops. It's called covering all your bases. Basic street smarts if you will.

Sorry, but Trayvon Martin may not have been a thief, a bully, a druggie, or whatever. That's not the issue.

You are correct that it was not a crime. The reason it still comes up is because the race baiters started calling for a federal investigation of a hate crime as soon as the not guilty verdict was rendered.

So far, we've not heard Holder or the DOJ declare that no hate crime was committed and the matter is closed.

The Trayvon incident had absolutely NOTHING to do with race, that is until the media, Al Sharpton, and all the other race-baiters made it about race.
