And to be fair he's partially right, if they do try putting him in jail there's very likely to be violence from his supporters. That's a big part of why everyone has been so hesitant to actually charge him in the first place.

I dunno, I think the successful J6 prosecutions have been a good deterrent so far, judging by the lack of large protests at the arraignments.
