Not if he is talking about tits. Since no one on the right cares about his sexism he can always sayt he was talking about boobies and of course they are more valuable than the .12 cents he listed in his financial statements.

I am 20% joking and 80% predicting his actual legal defense if he ever gets to court.

Meh, it's happened before and the fucker still got elected.

George Conway says in his book the first thing Trump does is lie to you openly to see if you'll go along with it.

Multiple residences are tricky. As far as I am aware as long as he only claims one place to vote from he should be fine. Unless there are some local laws limiting where a person can claim residence, you can claim it for voting purposes. Residence means very little when you own the property.

There are a lot of people I know who own land in multiple states who chose where to vote based on where they would have the most influence, or where they want the most influence. There were a lot of people who owned land in floriduh who changed residence to floriduh so they could swing the vote to trump. Their votes were useless in the northeast states like NY, NJ, and MA. So they registered down in florida because they owned residential properties down here. As long as they do not vote in their old state they are legal. A lot of NY people used to have residence in florida to avoid taxes and register their cars even though they voted and lived in NY.

For all the left wing whining about this, their goddess clinton got her senate seat because she bought a house in NY. Do you think that was her only residence? This is something the poors might object to, but it happens all the time with people who have enough money to own multiple residence.

I think you’re missing the point here: Meadows doesn’t own (or rent) it and has never so much as slept there.

This is what I am talking about with residence being tricky. This actually goes beyond voter registration laws into things like squatting and rights to be someplace. This should be something you should be aware of as the property owner themselves. I can start claiming to reside someplace I do not. This starts to establishing a legal residence unless someone objects. This is somewhat for renters to be able to establish their legal residence on property they do not own. It is not as much of a loophole in the law as an opening that is necessary for non-land owners to vote. To not have an opening to establish a residence without land ownership would invalidate voting for people who do not own property to declare residence on.

Weak laws like this are in place to allow for such trickery by rich and powerful people to seize political power in places they do not actually reside. The reality is that this is probably completely legal despite being unethical and immoral to most people. Worse yet this idea of residence mucks up certain international type of things dealing with dual citizenship. My family learned never sell a business to a person with dual citizenship because they can claim residence back to their home country and process stuff through foreign lands to default on contracts in the US.

I do not know what the residence laws are where he is, but my thought is what he is doing may be shady, but it is completely legal as long as he does not use another address to cast a vote. He probably met some requirement for establishing a residence there for voting purposes, and would probably need to be legally evicted even though he does not own or pay anything. The property owner does have some potential for loss with him having a hook in residence. If the actual landowner is not willing to, or does not bother to, evict him then the only way he might have to re-register is if they purge the local voter roles.

This may be how a lot of poor people end up having their ability to vote being taken away from them. This is why the voter purges normally focus on the poor because they cannot re-establish a voting residence easily. If this guy gets purged in a general sweep (which is not going to hit him because he probably votes regularly) he could just re-register.

These are tricks which rich people use to keep power, and poor people have trouble doing.
