Listen helium brain, the only times I "support" Trump are when I discover outright falsehoods being said about him. Which, given the predelictions of the orange buffoon, aren't very fucking often.

Some might have found themselves ideologically closer to Johnson, but I suspect he'd be just as inept at managing the federal government as Trump is.

But the beauty of Johnson getting 5%, or so, of the vote is that the Libertarian Party would have split significant portions of the GOP vote in 2020, thus enabling Hillary to sail to a second term. Too bad that most of Johnson's backers decided to either vote for one of the establishment candidates or stay home. Had they bothered to show up, we'd be having a different conversation right now, regardless of who was in the White House.

In terms of numbers covered it has never been better. True, Republicans have been doing great damage destablizing markets by refusing to pay the legal copayments and changing rules halfway through the game causing insurers to drop out due to the uncertainity created by Republicans but things literally have never been better. The rate of cost increases post ACA have been smaller than pre ACA even as levels of coverage (I.E. what coverage people get for their premiums) as increased dramatically.

True, single payer would be the cheapest and best way to get everyone the highest level of coverage but the ACA was a massive improvement over what we had. As evidenced by every single mother fucking last medical group agreeing it should not be repealed and opposing the Republian efforts to truly destroy health care in America.

Hell, even the brain damaged Trumpanzees have figured out the Republican bill would be a disaster for them personally thus why only 12% support it.

You are not very well informed. 80% of the people who lose coverage will be people on Medicare (a program we have had since 1965) getting cut. They most certainly do want coverage thus why they signed up for it. The other 20% will be mostly people who will lose their subsidies and thus no longer be able to pay for insurance.

None of this has to do with people who did not want insurance willingly dropping it. There is no penalty right now for dropping insurance yet we have seen no large movement of people to willingly drop coverage. We will when Medicaid gets gutted, Medicare gets slashed, and the subsidies end but that will be because Republicans removed people from coverage not because people suddenly decided they no longer wanted health insurance.

Oh, and let us not forget the Republican bill will authorize those over age 50 to get charged 500% more than someone aged 49. Those people are also likely to drop simply because they can't afford a 500% increase in costs.

It takes a special type of incompetence among Republicans to craft a bill which costs far more than the ACA but covers 24 million fewer people and costs virtually everyone else dramatically more out of pocket. It is a failure in every single mother fucking respect.

Why should anyone be surprised at "every medical group" wanting more money spent on medical care?

    Hardly an unbiased source.

    1. Numbers covered means nothing if it's not affordable. It was never designed to be affordable long-term. To that end it has succeeded.
    2. The ACA was designed to prey on the stupidity of the American people and most here are a prime example of this. That's from the architect of the ACA, not from me.
    3. The ACA was designed to lead to single-payer as the left stupidly thought they would continue to win the White House once Obama was gone. They were wrong.
    4. The ACA was designed to put centralized government in charge of your healthcare. Certainly not doctors and certainly not the individual. They knew this and continued to lie about it.
    5. It's not a tax, then it is a tax. Whatever it was or wasn't it was a means to an end. Government control of 1/6 of the economy. Control the healthcare of the people and you control the people. This is what it's all about for the left, from the monthly checks to healthcare to immigration. A means to an end.
    6. If the ACA was so great it should have been imposed on everyone in government and their families. I wonder why that wasn't part of it?

That being said, most Republicans are no better so far, including Trump. How many times did they vote to repeal the ACA, knowing Obama would never sign off on it? Now, when they have the chance to, they run scared. All except for the Freedom Caucus, who actually stand for something. I don't support anything that the R's are proposing unless it's a full repeal. We shall see.

So, your bashing of Republican attempts to derail the ACA doesn't hold water. The law was a deceptive hoax perpetrated on the American public, clearly as a means to an end. You cannot possibly disagree with this, can you? If this is the case, and it is, why shouldn't the Republicans use whatever means at their disposal to get rid of it? It was never going to work as written anyway.

He was involved with Marla Maples while he was still married to Ivana. He was married (yet again) when the Access Hollywood tape was recorded. He's bragged about his affairs on multiple occasions, sometimes while posing as his own press agent.

Clinton didn't paint his face orange with crap tanning cream. Trump has thus the cheeto nickname because he looks like a fucking orange cheeto puff. I mean look at the pictures and how he failed to rub the orange goo around is eyes and mouth so he looks like a raccoon clown in orange face.

The funniest shit is when he called into tv shows and radio programs pretending he was his press agent instead of himself except he sound exactly like his stupid self so everyone called him out on it and Trump tried to deny he was himself.

So, apparently Trump's also tried claiming Joe rang him begging to have him help spike a negative National Enquirer article (the implication being that Trump's people had assisted with it). Joe says he has records of conversations with Trump's aides, and these plus phone logs will show he and Trump haven't spoken for ages. Joe then asks Trump via Twitter why he thinks he can lie about stuff that's so easy to disprove.

Answer, because as a conman Trump lies even when he doesn't have to. And if he gets caught out he just covers/obfuscates more until everyone's attention is caught by something else.

This morning both hosts cowrote a piece in the Washington Post about how Trump tried to blackmail them into giving him good coverage or else he would make up stories about them and have the National Inquirer publish it.
