There's a story in Trevor Noah's autobiography about a guy he hung out with during his teenage years named Hitler. Apparently it was mandatory for South Africans to have a "European name" in addition to their real name, but most parent didn't care about the European name so they just picked something at random, and this one kid's parents chose Hitler. Hitler was an expert dancer and Noah was a DJ, so they worked together a lot. It was great until Noah landed a gig DJ'ing multicultural party at a Jewish day school, the dancer got up to do his thing, and his friends started chanting "Go Hitler ... Go Hitler ..."

Of course, this is the country that elected Jair Bolsonaro, so maybe the name wasn't a drawback.
