The claim I got my degree from a "mail order college" was based on absolutely nothing I ever posted. It was made up by you (or possibly another member here but I'm pretty sure it was you). Why can't I not believe that Trump was a good business owner? You can find many posts by me denying he ever was? I think the criticism of him for bankruptcy's is excessive given that isn't necessarily the mark of a good or a bad businessman but otherwise I don't think he accomplished much in the world of private business and finance. My position on the Bible has been the same for years.

Your "basically" would apply to anyone who happened to be American and born in the late '60s/early '70s. Which, in terms of specialized knowledge of the subject we're discussing, is useless. Not even close. The "mail order diploma" was inspired by you talking about getting a correspondence degree from an ad you saw in "Armchair General." Somebody had links to your ideas about this in their sig for a while, but they've since deleted it.
I talked about the possibility of getting a degree in Military History from a university that does indeed specialize in subjects such as that. Not sure what is wrong with that. But I've looked in to it and the number of courses you have to take are quite extensive.
Amateur historian. I haven't actually gotten paid for work in history. Yet. Though I have written and produced work regarding the Cold War that was well received by fellow history teachers.

Funny thing is, back in 2002-03, I gave a joke presentation to my AFROTC class which literally made much the same arguments for splitting the Space Command into its own separate service branch in an analogous fashion to how the USAF was formed out of the USAAF. There was a very liberal use of Star Trek and Stargate gifs.
