Yabut the SCOTUS didn't rule that the new policy was legal. It ruled that it can go into effect while the courts decide if it's legal...which they haven't done yet.

A few weeks back in the first democratic presidential debate every single one of them raised their hands saying they wanted to abolish Immigration and Customs Enforcement, they wanted to decriminalize illegal entry and all illegal aliens, and they wanted to give every single illegal alien free healthcare. We all know that last part is just the beginning because in states like California they are already giving illegals free healthcare and access to welfare.

BTW both Schumer and Pelosi have been on TV supporting the policies every single last one of the Dem Presidential candidates endorsed. So it is extremely fair to say the Democratic Party supports open borders.

It's rather unusual and activist that the Supreme Court is allowing this to go into effect while it works it's ways through the lower courts. It appears to be a political ruling in order to curry favor with the White House and DOJ.

There may be a credible attempted rape claim against him if you can call it a credible claim that has:

1. No witnesses
2. No contemporary corroboration with friends, family, etc. of the alleged victim
3. No physical evidence
4. No documentary evidence
5. No date of the alleged attack
6. No location of the alleged attack
7. No memory by the alleged victim of the circumstances around the attack
8. A lawyer that admits the alleged victim's political motivations for making the claim
9. Discrepancies in the alleged victim's story about the trauma brought on by the alleged attack
