It's the same dog whistling and vibe that Trump has been giving since before he was elected. I wouldn't expect any of his supporters to have it influence them since to do so would be to either admit they didn't see it, or that they didn't care.

It is not even a dog whistle anymore. A dog whistle is something so subtle no one should hear it but the people who are saying it. Like the old way of saying thugs and gangs like black people were the only ones. You had things that the clintons were using with the superpredators. Now it is just a whistle. We all hear it and we all can see it. I am beginning to realize saying dogwhistling is undermining the idea. The democrat establishment people dogwhistle to the racist. A joe Biden could do a dogwhistle (not claiming he is) to the racists if he wanted to. Donald trump is just plain whistling for the racists to come barking. We hear it and know it.

Now is where we need to beware of the actual dog whistling because that is infecting the moderates on both sides. We all know to fight against trump racism, but the dems are installing a covert racist. Joe Biden was the dog whistle back in the Obama days that we were not going too far because here is our guy who has been establishing institutional racism for his whole career. Why do people seem to think joe biden was a civil rights leader? He was the anchor on the first black president.

Joe biden is the worst of the whites to get a pass because he had a black friend. The progressives and woke people are going to have to spend the next four years fighting against joe biden and pelosi making more institutional racist policies because that is what both of them are there for. They are there to only allow token blacks at the table. All they have are token gestures. They are not bringing great change to the table. They are stopping the progressive congresspeople of color from pushing the change their communities need, and what should be done to bring their communities up to the same level as white communities.

We are going to beat the trump and Moscow mitch boogey men, but we are putting the same people who make sure white people always end up on top, on top.

I believe after Tulsa (never mind the increasing COVID-19 figures), they're trying to reframe their narrative - the way all the Rah-Rah Invade Iraq types got quiet and then tried to convince us "Oh, yeah. I knew there weren't WMDs in Iraq. Never ever ever supported the war. You must have been thinking of some other guy.")
