If they are suicide bombers..one time is all they need

Suicide bombers normally operate in a scenario in which their families and other loved ones are living in hellish situations. Their families have a lot to lose in America.

If you're openly discussing jihad on the bus, you're probably not all that serious about it.

If terrorists had common sense and intelligence, they wouldn't be terrorists. Stupid is a given.

It was only a matter of time before the press picked up on this in the US. To think that there aren't training cells throughout the west is naive.

Weren't some of the 9/11 guys from affluent Saudi families?
They don't have to be poor to be idealistic crazies.

Yeah, a lot of suicide bombers are relatively well off and educated.

I think it's due to Islam preaching the value of education, which is one of it's more appealing attributes.

However, you can still radicalize educated people - especially well off educated people who have guilt for their relative prosperity.

Luckily however education itself tends to inure people to that philosophy too much, otherwise we'd have a much larger problem than we actually do with home grown terrorists.
