Moderator's discretion. Which is how Wordforge has operated since Cass opened the doors on the place way back when. Nothing has changed. Not even the rules lawyers attempting to rules lawyer a non-issue into a Big Deal.

Well, you don't trust us, so I don't think offering evidence is sufficient or worthwhile. However, John was correct when he said that the board software doesn't hold on to the data. It appears to flush closed reports at the end of each month. It is obvious, however, to anybody who looks at the reports, that you, @El Chup, use it for non earnest purposes, and quite frequently at that. There are a couple of others, but you are probably the biggest violator, which I'm sure is the reason you are raising a stink.

Now, you have admitted what we all knew, which is that you abuse the report function by making facetious reports. Don't do that, and you won't have a problem.

I thought one of you said a few posts back that you would not reveal who had misused the report post function?

Why is telling someone in a thread "I reported your post" or something to that effect considered a rules violation (it is that way at lots of boards by the way).

I reported one and only one from 2005. Kind of impulsively but in fact something that had stuck in my mind years back but that I had trouble relocating.

The fact you searched out a post you disagreed with 10 years ago says something about your priorities in life.

The fact you went to the bother of reporting it as if you expected the current owners to do something about a post made 10 years ago, long before they had any authority says something about your intelligence

The post in question if I had reported it in 2005 would have been cause for a warning for the person that posted it.
