The Saudis bomb a hospital in Yemen but Rick does not mention it. The Russians have routinely attacked ambulances but yet again Rick fails to mention it much less make a thread about it (just like he didn't mention the four hospitals in Syria the Russians have bombed in the last month).

Yes, I think it is very fair to say Rick singles out the US as a special target for his hatred.

In the midst of a humanitarian crisis, that is going to make things much much worse.

This is pretty much what I figured all along. Some decided it had to be intentional, but this sort of thing just isn't done on purpose.

Accepting an investigation by a perpetrator into its own actions is hardly a good idea.

The US has no problem admitting that "they" screwed up - by "they" I mean the system/the procedures/the technology are screwed up. So no actual people are to blame.
It's nobody's fault because it's everybody's fault.
