Yanno, I've come to realize that there is no such thing as "normal" and there never was. Child marriages were pretty common, well after living into one's fifties was no longer the exception to the norm, and homosexuality has been acknowledged and even celebrated throughout history.

No, my guiding principle on judging anyone is: are they hurting someone? Two men or two women marrying doesn't hurt anyone. A teenage guy who discovers he's attracted to a kindergartener and knows that his feelings can never be returned? Not harmful. If I don't bash on gays because they didn't choose their sexuality, I can't in good conscience bash a celibate pedophile. I only wish there was a way to get them resources to cope before they do ruin a child's life.

By "wrong" we're referring to a couple of behaviors that come from mental wiring gone a bit awry. The DSM is an entire book on how mental wiring can be awry. We would prefer that just about everything in the DSM not happen. Bizarre phobias, destructive behavior, clinical narcissism, schizophrenia, etc. There are codes for most everything that a psychologist might have to deal with.

The purpose of a sex drive is so that people want to have sex. The purpose of sex is primarily pleasure and social bonding, and has secondary purposes such as securing resources and procreation.

Were you going to suggest that the primary purpose of sex is procreation? Lots of people think that, for some reason. It doesn't make any sense. Even PIV sex with no birth control results in pleasure and social bonding far more often than it results in a baby. Saying "people have sex primarily for procreation" is like saying "people drink alcohol primarily to induce liver failure."
