Well, today, I've already got all my favorite cartoons on DVD. So I can pop 'em in and watch whenever I want. DVD: Robotech, Transformers G1, Transformers: Beast Wars, Batman: TAS, Justice League/JLU, Neon Genesis Evangelion, X-Men: TAS, Spider-Man: TAS So I guess I'll list some animation I like watching but probably won't get on DVD. 7:00am- Little Prince 7:30am- Belle and Sebastion 8:00am- Rotating line-up of various puppet shows, Fraggle Rock, Muppets, etc 8:30am- Half-hour of animated shorts, like Hello Kitty, That Little Hedgehog show, etc 9:00am- Ren & Stimpy 9:30am- Animaniacs/Pinky and the Brain 10:00am- X-men (90’s) 10:30am- Batman TAS (90’s) 11:00am- Ranma 1/2 11:30am- The Tick 12:00pm- Naruto (every Sat Morning line-up should have a subversive foreign cartoon with gay ninjas and perverted senior citizens and dudes in bear hats who wear make-up and throw dolls at people. And giant, pipe-smoking, talking toads. In sweater vests. Jaunty sweater vests.). 12:30pm- Afternoon Animated Movie, old and new animated films, home-grown and imports, and good stuff not crap, stuff like Secret of Nimh, Plauge Dogs, Iron Giant, Last Unicorn, Watership Down, Wind in the Willows, American Tale, any Miyazaki film, Visions of Escaflowne, Inuyasha: Swords of My Baby Daddy, etc...
What in all the cartoon hells is wrong with you people? Page two of a thread about a perfect Saturday morning line-up, and not one mention of the greatest Saturday morning cartoon ever. Where's the love for Johnny Quest?
^^^ the curse of sleeping in lol. I love JQ but he's behind those i mentioned, plus, damint, not nearly enough eps. Still, I know I'm raising my kids right when my youngest is now a hard core JQ fan right along side the modern anime stuff he watches.
I'll take any line up as long as The Real Ghostbusters and classic uncensored Bugs Bunny was included.
