Serious denial. The students were violent in the past and the whole thing is over Coulter's safety. There's plenty of reason to believe they why will be violent again. Also, I'm sure someone has taken a swing at her over the years.

Yeah, she just ignores the violence that she pretends doesn't exist, even though there's been countless news stories and videos on it, and then frames it as because no one has thrown a punch at Coulter she's got nothing to worry about which is just so intellectually dishonest I don't even know where to begin.

But she's a hack, always has been so none of this is surprising.

Nice to know she's only opposed to violence against women if they lean a certain way politically.

Why is Ann Coulter worth the trouble anyway? I've seen her as a guest on shows for years and she seems pretty run of the mill conservative. Nothing anyone would want to man the barricades over.

Just go watch YouTube. Videos all over the place of leftists thinking it's completely acceptable to shut down people they don't agree with and to even have laws on the books banning speech.

That's pretty irrelevant. Fact of the matter is Coulter's been shut down and is unable to speak - that's the headline that gets accompanied by videos of angry people yelling other people down and even committing acts of violence. People watching that will be left with the perception that these people do not support free speech.
