I generally like our governor Jerry Brown but on this issue I note he has not said a peep despite the fact that usually he cannot get with in 100 yards of a camera before he tries to hold a press conference no matter how trivial the issue. He is a complete political animal after half a century in politics and his silence on this matter in our own state speaks volumes about his political cowardess. I mean if Bernie can speak out about it despite being in Vermont why is Gov. Brown suddenly incomunicato?

Point of order - she wasn't threatened by anyone. The issue there was that state law prevented the university from preventing anyone with a CCW permit from carrying, and so on her own accord, she canceled her talk. There were never any threats toward her.
