Let's see that's in a library in a school where somebody has to check it out....yep that proves CRT is being taught in schools everywhere. How did I miss that?
1. If a school library has a copy of a book, does that automatically mean the subject of the book is being taught in classes? My high school library had a copy of Battlefield Earth (which is an allegory about Scientology), but I can safely say that the subject of Scientology never came up in any of the classes at school. (Small high school, and the only reason we had a copy of Battlefield Earth was that the librarian was given an evaluation of the first edition hardback and gave it to me to read to see if it was any good. I liked it, so she kept the book and pointed folks in my direction if they had questions about the book. None of us had ever heard of Scientology, I can assure you.) 2. What, exactly. does a book entitled "Antiracist Baby" have to do with Critical Race Theory? And why should anyone find a book about a baby being opposed to racism so objectionable?
Just checking in long enough to see if Ted Cruz is still a piece of shit. [ checks 'yes' on form ] Carry on.
Please explain how one book in a school library=CRT being taught in that school and while you're at it explain how that disqualifies a school trustee from being a Supreme Court Justice.
Nah, I think I'll skip the hundreds of pages that you guys will continue to ignore and this gets split into yet another breakaway thread. If you can't see the problematic language in those books, then you've bought into the ideology these people are pushing.
You know what? Given your vehement opposition to your perceived notion of what CRT is, I suspect you have latent prejudices you don't want to acknowledge or admit, even if only to yourself. Get over it.
The idea that you must now be visibly, audibly "anti-racist" is just a shitty, dishonest way of shaming and berating people, who have never oppressed anyone or subjected anyone to discrimination, into submitting to the will of the screech mob and jumping through any hoop they hold up.
But you don't experience shame, so why do you get outraged on behalf of these theoretical people being shamed? Why not tell them to nut up like you do? And you allegedly don't experience empathy, indeed, you hate empathy as a core part of your political philosophy, so why do you display all the hallmarks of empathy with theoretical racism-shamed people? Shouldn't it be no shame or empathy straight down the line, and not cry for anybody? You seem to have a lot of tears for racists though. Funny that.
Racists are terrified, have ALWAYS been terrified, that vengeance is coming. That they'll get a taste of their own medicine. It's why slavery got more and more brutal and ugly, and why the laws defending it got more and more paranoid. And then the slaves were freed, and they just wanted to go live their lives and be left alone. But the paranoids were like "they're just biding their time until we let our guard down!! " and that's why the Klan was/is a thing, and why Tulsa happened. And they're still fucking paranoid. And knuckleheads like FF and UA are their dupes.
And you will back that up with absolutely fucking nothing, not even bothering with the courtesy of being clever about it.
Which part are you contesting? History? Or that you're a weak minded dupe easily brainwashed by Youtube trolls?
Uncle Albert is a fucking asshole, but he's never struck me as a racist. He seems to hate everyone equally. FF, on the other hand, is definitely a bigot.
No, he's not a pointy hat wearer, but he's bought into the bullshit talking points that make him jump in front of almost all the bullets meant for them. And he seems to think he's so fucking right, that it's worth the holes. Like Demiurge on the trans sports issue.
