In the case of POTUS and their inner circle as well high rankers in the other branches I would say "yes". Also high profile anti-vaxxers getting it would be newsworthy. Definitely a case by case judgement.
So we miss out on what would mostly bee trumpista breeders and anti-vaxxers. Good news is less population. So does not taking the vaccine and causing your child to die count as an abortion? Because I am thinking that Q giving medical advice to mothers that caused them to lose their children is aborting babies so we need to arrest them, and let us just tell all the pregnant moms who lost their kids because they were not vaccinated that they aborted them. This way the right wing ladies heads explode. Wow that was dark even for me.
Incorrect. The CDC et al. didn't make clear that vaccines were indicated for pregnant women until August 2021. Perhaps these women wanted it, but didn't get the guidance.
Option A, they're lying... Option B, apart from Glorious Leader, they just shot anyone who tested positive.
GSW is a 100% effective vaccination. Especially where such vaccination is compulsive under the government.

Saw this last week. It doesn’t do what your description says, it only confirms the earliest superspreader events were there.
Has done. Has not always done though. He lied about masks. Not "gave people the best info he had at the time that turned out to be wrong", but actually lied about masks in order to prevent a run on N95s. He should have resigned over that as soon as Biden was in office.
The moron squad is about two more doses of crystal meth away from demanding that he be executed: https://www.wonkette.com/-2657899173
He made sure that N95s were available for medical workers who were definitely going to face mass exposure to Coronavirus and without whom the response would have been absolutely terrible. It definitely saved lives considering the alternative. And if you think that's worth resigning over, your libertarian is broken and springs and gears are dangling out of your head where your brains should be. His job was to save the most possible lives. He did very well with that when facing a completely inept administration that had actively destroyed America's ability to respond to pandemic, which in the Obama administration had been rated the best in the world.
Not entirely convinced O2C isn't this guy: https://crooksandliars.com/2022/08/c-span-caller-echoes-rand-pauls-lie-dr
He could have leveled with us. “There’s good evidence than N95 masks will stop the virus. Please, please wait at home a few weeks before buying any so that hospitals can buy what they need.” That lie did untold damage to trust in what pandemic response there was. How many people died from that?
I agree, but what would the consequences be if there were a run on N95 masks, which there absolutely would have been if he'd said it like that?
I'm sure that would have worked out like toilet paper. People hoarded toilet paper. What do you think would have happened to N95s!
Shortly after the pandemic started, we needed masks at work. A few us of tried many many ways to get them. They were sold out from some of our suppliers, or were restricted in the number you could buy. One company that primarily sold branded items (mugs, tshirts, etc) started making N-95 equivalent masks. We were able to buy several hundred, and they worked very well. They still sell them, they had a big slow down on their primary items, so switched to making masks. They sold so well and enough they were able to stay in business, and they still sell them. I've probably bought around 80-100 of them for myself, fault, and some friends.
That was largely a myth. Other than some very specific assholes the media covered, it was the switch from ~50-50 retail-commercial demand for toilet paper to 90+% residential that broke the supply chain.
Then they should have instituted rationing for them, or bought up everyone's supplies and sent them to hospitals before making the announcement, or even said nothing at all. But deliberately sacrificing trust in public health measures during the worst pandemic in a century when there were any other choices was absolutely the wrong move.
And who would have enforced the rationing? I will agree that (in hindsight) the masking issue was mishandled. I think it's also fair to point out that Fauci was working for the most incompetent president we've ever endured. As with so many "black and white" issues, context and nuance do matter. In a perfect world who the president is should not have mattered, but between Trump and the right-wing echo chamber it might be understandable, or at least worthy of consideration, that the decision-making process might have been distorted.
