Depending on how you look at it one of the issues with Federal Sentencing is that there is no time off for good behavior or work release or parol. A dime’s a dime as they say. I personally feel this should be adjusted for non-violent offenders but definitely kept for traitors and insurrectionists.
Lindsey Graham has been out and about saying there'll be riots in the streets if they prosecute Trump over the classified docs thing. Oh, no. I mean, it's not like we didn't arrest and prosecute yo asses for that shit already.
If they ever change the law regarding voting rights of convicted felons, traitors and insurrectionists should have their voting rights stripped permanantly.
If this is what makes Republican legislators finally reverse themselves on ex-con disenfranchisement ... well, at least something good will have come of it.

Apparently Trump called in to some right-wing nutwhack's radio show today and, in addition to promising pardons for the January 6 rioters, bragged that he's financially supporting some of them. If one person who's the focus of an investigation gives money to another person who was involved in the same incident, isn't that ... awfully close to witness tampering?

Oath Keeper founder fires his lawyers. It is unclear if he’s decided to represent himself or if he’s going to hire new lawyers. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...eepers-trial-cassidy-hutchinson-b2161320.html
Has he paid the ones he fired? As Trump has found out, stiffing one group of lawyers may hamper one's ability to hire new ones who are better, or even as good.
From what I have heard it is a delaying tactic, but the judge is not too keen on it. I am not exactly sure why he would be delaying as it seems he is incarcerated until trial, but he seemed mad at the way his lawyers were not going full ghouliani.
More people likely going to jail beause of the Big Lie. LANSING, Mich.
