You're trying to siphon off the dangerous parts and the safe parts of the US so that you can make a favourable comparison, disregarding the average as a relevant statistic, while you continue to use the average of Mauritania, treating it as relevant. Did ya ever notice you never, ever get any members of online forums from Africa. You get Americans, Canadians, British, Australians, Irish, NZers... You get some others from continental Europe, despite the forum not being in their mother tongue. A lesser number from South America. Occasionally someone from east Asia. You pretty much never see anyone from Africa. Despite that many African nations have English as a main language. It is kinda odd.
That's because many of the online Africans are too busy e-mailing scams and threats to bother. Besides...they have African BBS' too and are more apt to stick to them then try and deal with the language and cultural barriers...which are many. It's just easier...how often do you visit BBS' that don't speak your language at all?
