I think saggy pants are silly, but look: at most clothing stores there's the boys' section, which is geared towards five-year-olds, and the men's section which is aimed at guys who weigh more than 200 lbs. I know from personal experience that it can be hard to find something - anything - that fits if you fall in between those sizes, the way most teens do.
