    You know how when a hurricane wipes out some place, there's always someone like Pat Robertson saying that it was a "message from God"? GOP convention delayed due to hurricane.

    This time it wasn't me. I was long plagued by the curse of Poseidon, as every time I got near a beach a hurricane or tropical depression was sure to follow me.

    However, I made a sacrificial offering from behind Niagara falls to appease the angry god of the Seas and Earthquakes (as I recall it was a heartfelt internal 'please stop this shit' and I flicked a couple of tic tacs in the water, environmentally friendly as they were sure to dissolve in that amount of Poseidon's saliva) and we've been good ever since.

    Of course, there WAS an earthquake in Virginia last year... Hmmm..... :D

    So you Libs are so hoping a Hurricane will hit Tampa just for cheap jokes about he GOP? :rolleyes:

    Well it's not going to hit anyway the only natural disaster heading for Tampa is Joe Biden.


    The only real threat to the convention is what form of violence the OWS crowd is planning and in that the heavy rains Tampa could get from the storm will help...hard to light a molotov cocktail when it's pouring rain.
