West Coast Including Vegas is Part 1, obviously liberal land; central continent from the Montanans to the Mississippi River can be Red State America, lots of wide open spaces for right wingers to move to, and East of the River for the non-racists and non Pharisees. The Blue states are "subsidizing" the red states because red states build all the weapons. That will come in handy later.

The problem with that idea is that you really, really don't want to share a border with that country. That's essentially why the North bothered fighting the Civil War in the first place.

The North fought a war of Republicans against Democrats. Northern Democrats opposed Lincoln like he was Satan, and then later Northern demographics changed to include more blatant racists, which swung them over to Democrats. That kept the Democrats in power for decades, but then the old line Republicans forced changes by sending poll watchers, but most importantly engineers into Democrat territory. It took forever but by the mid 2000's the South was finally in Republican hands. Unfortunately the lost most of the North in the process due to new waves of immigrants who hated blacks, gypsies, and Jews. You won't find Jewish barbecue up north, but you will find it all through the South.

Good Idea. While you pile into the red states and create the new land of Fredonia, the blue states can turn off that Federal spigot of welfare that goes to you, and my taxes will be lower, my services will be better, the GDP will skyrocket, and we can watch as you all devolve into cannibalism.

Well, it could be worth noting that stock in the Las Vegas Sands corporation, Sheldon Adelson's outfit, did not join in the surge today, and in fact is down about 2% since this morning in after-hours trading. You might see some sale prices in companies closely associated with Trump or Trump cronies, albeit with the caveat that they're associated with Trump or Trump cronies.
