@K. is right, @Lanzman. Millions upon millions of people could have voted for Gary Johnson, and he would have still lost. Hell, more than 3 million people voted for Hillary over Trump, and she still lost. The Electoral College needs overwhelming reform, and the gerrymandering issue also needs addressed. If we want to see politicians who represent our values, we're going to have to do a metric fuckton of work to fix our system.
