I don't have any great affection for Seattle. It's beautiful and I've enjoyed my visits, but it's not my kind of place. It's truly a Big City and I'm not a Big City kind of guy. (No offense @Ancalagon) That said, it's not the dystopian hell hole the right wing echo chamber is so desperate to portray it as.
Wait, FF used to be a singing hobo, and we haven't abused him with this for 3 years? What, your trust hadn't kicked in yet, Federal Hobo Clown?
And that is definitely a rough part. 3rd Ave as a whole is bad (it was closed for the trenching of the bus tunnel and street retail never really recovered). And the section around Pike and Pine is the roughest. Notice that once the (Turning Points USA - right wing think tank - employee) person turns the corner on Pine everything is clean and clear so they turn around to double up on the bad part? The Stabdonalds on the corner is notorious:
Do you know how hard it is to be homeless and forced to sleep in your BMW parked in front of your dad's mansion?
It's interesting to note that the waterfront area where the stadiums and ferry terminals are has been completely revitalized by the elimination of the Alaska Viaduct. That thing was a multi deck eyesore that was as bad as anything in the country, or at least Tacoma. Anyway, it took a lot of time and a lot of money, but jeez what a difference!
dang, we have one of those, but at Queen and Spadina. seriously, there's subreddits and everything about the place.
wow... you edited it out not once, but twice despite the original evidence still being available for all to see? you're a special type of stupid, ain't ya? Now shaddup and play Freebird!
Batboy does not like Seattle. Batboy was hoping Seattle would name Seattle’s hockey team after Batboy. But Seattle didn’t. Seattle named Seattle’s hockey team after a fictional monster. Batboy does not approve of this. Batboy knows plenty of real monsters that Seattle could have named Seattle’s hockey team after.
