This is not a smart man. The last two Republicans to run on eliminating federal departments were Ron Paul and Rick Perry. Real big winners, those. Obviously, billionaires are using secret "biological research labs" to develop bio-weapons to kill all of us, when we proles get too uppity. They've no doubt decided to test these bio-weapons on orcas since orcas are now taking out their yachts.
