But let's look at what's most likely to happen: The CO court issued a stay on their ruling, pending a final decision by the SCOTUS. That has to happen by Jan 4th. Do you know what happens on Jan 5th if SCOTUS doesn't do anything? Trump's name goes on the CO primary ballot. My guess is that SCOTUS is going to dick around and not say anything until well after Jan 5th, so Trump will be on the ballot.

Something else to think about: You know who is really going to be able to capitalize on Trump (and potentially other Republicans as well) being thrown off the ballot? RFK, Jr. Because if, Tump isn't on the ballot, there's going to be a lot of Republicans who won't be able to bring themselves to vote for whomever the Republicans do put on the ballot for POTUS. They're not gonna vote for Biden, that's for sure. So what will they do? Some will just not vote, others will opt for RFK, Jr. since they'll figure there's a better chance of him winning than the Republican candidate.

I’m going to point out the blatant danger this decision just created. Every republican state Supreme Court does the same thing for Biden. They all arbitrarily decide that Biden participated in an insurrection and disqualify him from running for president. No evidence was presented, no charges were filed and no conviction occurred. How do you like that scenario because that’s the precedent that was just set?

Hmmm. Let’s see, the states most likely to attempt this are states where Biden lost the Electoral College vote, so even if this were to somehow happen, it probably wouldn’t have much of an impact on the election.

As shootER pointed out, you’re simply lying that there was no evidence presented. As for charges and convictions, you don’t need to be charged or convicted of being under 35 or not a natural born citizen either to be kept off a presidential ballot. The 5th and 6th amendments don’t apply because a) there is no life, liberty, or property at stake, and b) the 14th amendment applies.
